What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period varies depending on the season. In Low and Mid season, the minimum period is 3 days, and in High season, the minimum is 5 days.

Who can rent our vehicles?

Accepted Answer

To rent our vehicles, the renter must be at least 25 years old and hold a Class "B" driving license for more than two years or the corresponding national license.

Which countries can I travel to?

In general, our clients can travel throughout Europe and neighboring countries, although they must always inform us, before making the reservation, of the countries they intend to visit.

From what time can I pick up/return the vehicle?

We generally make deliveries and returns from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 20:00, however, we try to accommodate each customer as much as possible.In any case, the times shown in the rental agreement will be considered as agreed.

Can I return the vehicle later than the time agreed in the contract?

As a rule, the pick-up time and the return time must coincide, unless otherwise agreed in the rental agreement.The vehicle can be returned later than the agreed-upon time, provided we are notified in advance and accept the delay. As this extends the rental period, in such situations the customer will be charged an additional half-day's rental fee.If a customer returns the vehicle late without a valid reason, late fees may apply. In any case, the customer must notify us of the expected delay.

I've already rented the vehicle. What if I want to extend the rental for one or more days?

Sometimes, customers rent a vehicle for a certain number of days and then decide they want to extend the rental by one or more days. Can they do this? The answer is yes, as long as they notify us in advance and the vehicle is still available for those dates.

Can I bring my pet in the motorhome/campervan?

If you want to take your pet on a trip, you need our prior authorization.

Insurance and Bond

Our vehicles are fully insured. When renting, the renter must pay a €900 deposit, which covers the insurance deductible. If the customer damages the vehicle, the amount needed to repair the damage will be deducted from this deposit. If the damage to the vehicle exceeds €900, the customer will forfeit the entire deposit.
